Through engaging visuals and concise information, this poster aims to inform and educate about the signs, symptoms, precursors, and effective treatments of the chosen eating disorder.
In this assignment, you’ll create an an informative and eye-catching poster that mimics the design and layout of a social media website (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter) to raise awareness about a specific eating disorder using the biopsychosocial model as the framework for discussion. You’ll have to choose one eating disorder, highlight its precursors, signs, and symptoms, and suggest effective treatments or alternative modalities.
Include sections or components typically found on social media platforms, such as a profile picture, a status update, comments section, and images/videos. Utilize icons, hashtags, emojis, or other visual elements commonly associated with social media. 
Present the information in a concise and engaging manner, utilizing bullet points, short sentences, and captions. Ensure that the content is organized and easy to follow, with clear headings and subheadings.
Use appropriate citations to support your claims and provide references for any sources used.
Include the following in your poster:

Choose one eating disorder from the combined resources in the topic Resources for guidance. Discuss the influence on identity development, self-presentation, and self-esteem.
Highlight the key precursors, signs, and symptoms that individuals with this eating disorder may exhibit. Use engaging visuals or icons to represent these symptoms, making it easy to grasp the information at a glance.
Briefly explain the biopsychosocial model as the framework for understanding eating disorders. Mention the biological, psychological, and social factors that contribute to the development of the chosen eating disorder. Use a simple and clear visual representation (e.g., three interconnected circles, a Venn Diagram) to depict the model.
Provide a concise list of treatment options that can be effective in managing the chosen eating disorder. Use visually appealing icons or symbols to represent each treatment option. Include a brief description of each treatment.

Use three to five current scholarly resources to support your project (one of which may be the textbook).

What type of degree or education is required for someone to hold such a job/position? Is higher education, licensure, or certification required (i.e., bachelor, master, doctoral degree)? Why or why not?
